In an effort to begin the revitalization of the downtown core, Furr & Wegman Architects, P.A. designed a complex which is the cornerstone for the City’s redevelopment initiative.
Working with City Officials, Haines City Mainstreet, local citizens and property owners, the City was able to acquire new property adjoining previously owned City property to allow the dream of this proposed complex to become a reality. The proposed exterior plaza will open functionally and visually to the adjacent Historic Train Depot and Railroad Park.
